Winter/Summer Silver Pines National Youth Leadership Training
For: Boy Scouts of First Class rank or higher who hold or plan to hold a leadership position in their troop
Silver Pines National Youth Leadership Training is a seven day, six night course that gives Boy Scouts methods, practices and advice to become better leaders in their unit. Scouts must have earned the First Class rank and either serve in a troop leadership position or intend to serve as a troop leader in the near future. The course centers around the concepts of what a leader must be, what he must know, and what he must do – with a clear focus on how to accomplish all this. Course is limited to first 64 registrants.
