Position emblem for adult serving as the Pack Committee Chair position in a Cub Scout Pack. A Committee Chair leads the adult committee that conducts unit-level business and planning in coordination with the Cubmaster. The Committee Chair is a part of a pack’s “Key 3” leadership group, along with the Cubmaster and Chartered Organization Representative. Worn on the left sleeve under pack numerals.
