Khaki position emblem for adult serving as the Scoutmaster of a Scouts BSA Troop. A Scoutmaster is the senior-most adult volunteer responsible for supervising and mentoring youth members of a troop. The Scoutmaster is part of a troop’s “Key 3” leadership group, along with the Committee Chair and Chartered Organization Representative. Worn on the left sleeve under troop numerals.
