Khaki position emblem for adult serving as the Troop Committee Chair position in a Scouts BSA Troop. A Committee Chair leads the adult committee that conducts unit-level business and planning outside the scope of the youth program. The Committee Chair is a part of a troop’s “Key 3” leadership group, along with the Scoutmaster and Chartered Organization Representative. Worn on the left sleeve under troop numerals.
