U.S. Flag Emblem, cloth,red, white, and blue. All members wear this patch on the top of the right sleeve of their uniform shirt. New uniforms have this emblem already sewn in the correct position. The U.S. Flag Code allows the BSA to continue to wear the flag in the traditional orientation of the field of stars to the left. All Scouting uniform shirts come with this U.S. Flag emblem.
